I am Dr. R. S. Karale, With a strong educational background and a diverse range of expertise, I proudly serving as the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at TSSMs BSCOER, Pune.

In 1999, I completed my Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from WIT Solapur. Building upon that foundation, I pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from WCE Sangli in 2001. Fueling my passion for research, I obtained my Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from NITK Surathkal in 2015, with a focus on advanced water and wastewater treatment processes.

Throughout my career, I have contributed significantly to the field through my research endeavors. My work has been published in esteemed peer-reviewed journals, showcasing my dedication and expertise in advancing knowledge within the domain.

With over 24 years of combined experience in academics, industry, and research, I bring a comprehensive perspective to my role as a faculty member. As the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, I am committed to providing visionary leadership and fostering an environment of excellence in teaching and research.

I am passionate about equipping students with a well-rounded understanding of Civil Engineering principles. By integrating theory with practical application, I empower my students to tackle real-world engineering challenges with confidence and innovative thinking.

Beyond my academic responsibilities, I actively engage in professional development activities to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field. I participate in conferences, workshops, and seminars, allowing me to establish valuable collaborations with fellow researchers and industry professionals.
