About Training And Placements

The Training and Placement Cell is the heart of any institute. We as a part of this cell always try to keep this heart pumping with its full potential to achieve some exceptional results. As a part of JSPM Group of Institutes, we are fortunate that we get a chance to tackle some of Maharashtra's brilliant talents in the form of our students. In the current A.Y. 2023-24, Out of 420 students 350+ students have already completed their Employability Skill Development (ESD) Training, Three Months Internship, Certifications, etc.

Training and Placement Cell welcomes you to visit our campus, physically or virtually, for full-time employment and internship recruitments. We promise our support and dedication in choosing your future employees and collaborators. Our representatives can assist you in the smooth conduct of the recruitment processes, including pre-placement talks, screening tests, interviews, and any other relevant selection processes. We follow transparent placement policies and procedures to benefit both students and recruiters.

We always try our best to get them trained by world-class trainers. For this purpose, we have signed multiple MOUs with various Companies, ESD training academies; we also provide them with some brilliant boot camps, NPTEL certifications conducted by various IITs, etc. Training at TSSM's BSCOER starts in the Second Year for all students. During the period of the next Three Years, they get to learn various advanced industry requirements along with software knowledge. For example, here in BSCOER each student must learn all tools of Microsoft Office and also Excel (Advanced) in the Second year only.

We have 150+ Companies hiring our students on regular basis throughout the year. We have successfully rolled out 200+ offers and an average salary package of INR 3.5 to 4.5 LPA. We extend our placement services even after the completion of degree courses. With our strong alumni relations, we already have a good mutually beneficial relationship with almost all major recruiters in India.
