The placement cell in TSSM BSCOER Narhe is always beyond our expectations. I had a great journey in TSSM BSCOER and new beginning in SAJ Electronics PVT LTD. Through TSSM BSCOER. I get paid 3.6 LPA in SAJ Electronics PVT LTD. The pre placement training in BSCOER, Pune is the root cause for my employment. I was an introvert when I joined college but training made me overcome my hesitation and fear Now I am confidently working in Mothersons India PVT LTD with 3LPA . I have placed in Softcon Systems Pvt.Ltd with a package of 3 LPA. The company is good for growth and development as a fresher. I'm thankful to our college staff and T&P cell for giving me this opportunity to grow. T&P cells arranged aptitude and soft skill sessions which helped me to crack tests and build confidence in me for interview rounds. Our college staff always motivates and support us because of all this possible thank you to TSSM'S BSCOER group.

I would like to thank TSSM BSCOER Narhe, my department (Electrical) and the placement cell for being my first hand support throughout my learning in college. I feel rewarded to get placed through the campus interview. I was recruited by Devise electronics with package of 6.5 lakhs per annum. The placement cell provided skills training program, mock interviews, aptitude tests and much more to overcome my stage fear. I learnt how to be self-confident from college and its staff members.
