TSSM’s Bhivarabai Sawant College of Engineering and Research (BSCOER) has been established in the year 2010 under the banner of The Shetkari Shikshan Mandal Sangli, Pune,  the sister concern of Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (JSPM), Pune.  It  is  approved  by  All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New  Delhi,  recognized by  Government  of  Maharashtra  (Directorate of Technical   Education,  DTE)  and  affiliated   to  Savitribai  Phule  Pune  University. Presently the Institute is offering five undergraduate courses, five post graduate courses  and  Ph. D. program  in  Electronics  and  Telecommunication  Engineering in the first shift and four diploma level courses in second shift. The institute has highly qualified and experienced faculty. The Institute has well equipped modern laboratories with the state of the art infrastructure.

The College  is located  in Pune,  the  cultural  capital  of Maharashtra  and  fast growing  educational,  industrial and  software hub  of India. Pune city is very rich in various  aspects  and  also  known  for  its  quality in education and other fields. Our essay capital Institute is situated off Mumbai- Bengalore Express Highway in Narhe, Pune. The site is surrounded by pleasant greenery and pollution free atmosphere.
